The ahadith that are narrated from the Imams ,especially in the jurisprudence, which are more than five thousand in Istibsar and Tahzeeb ul Ahkam, and in those ahadith, the differences in Shiites is also present, this is very famous thing and can’t be hidden. So much so that if you see their differences in the rulings, than you will find their differences more than the differences in Abu Hanifa, Shafi and Malik. And you will also see that inspite of those differences, they don’t call eachother deviants or fasiq, and don’t distance themselves from their opponents. (1)
At another place, he says:
The ahadith that have been narrated from the Imams have great differences, there is not a hadith the opposite of which is not present, that is why it lead to the apostacy of the people weak in belief, as Shaikh ut taifa (Tusi) has mentioned in the beginning of “Tahdheeb” and “Istibsar”. (2)

Actually the Shiite Mujtahid is not wrong at all, for if you examine the differences amongst them , you will find exactly the same thing. And I am not saying about the various shiite sects ,but the sect of Khomeini and the likes, that is Shiite Imamia Ithna Asharia Usuli sect.
